The National Day Parade, held every year in August, is the most important event for Singaporeans, where we celebrate our nation’s independence. Due to the size and scale of the event and the expected massive turnout, it is always a challenge to set up a comprehensive security management plan for this event. The Mobile Crash barrier (MCB ), as well as the HVM blocks, both designed, built and produced by Precision Fabricators (S) Pte Ltd have been used to assist the Singapore Police Force to secure the perimeter and roads and to facilitate the vehicle control points.
