PM Lee Hsien Loong will deliver his last major political speech as head of government before the May 15 handover in May Day Rally 2024. This year’s May Rally will be held at Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre, where it will be attended by 1400 labour movement leaders and tripartite partners.
